Why Choose Hyderabad

Hyderabad is the fourth fastest-growing city in the world according to its contribution to the gross domestic product (GDP), states a recent report by Oxford Economics. The report also adds that by 2035 with a GDP of $201 billion, this city of pearls, aka Cyberabad, will figure among the top global cities on the planet. Apart from these, there are other factors that make real estate in Hyderabad attractive.

In 2020, IT exports from Hyderabad city alone accounted for $15 billion, housing as it does 1500 IT and ITES firms that employ around 0.6 million people directly. It currently has the sixth-largest metropolitan area in the country with a population of 9.7 million. Hyderabad – like its two other counterparts in South India, Chennai and Bengaluru – is witnessing speedy growth due to its developed infrastructure for technology and encouraging culture for start-ups.

Apart from the fledgling IT sector, it also is a major hub for biotechnology. Among the top ten pharmaceutical companies as per market capitalization in India, two, Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories and Aurobindo Pharma, are based out of Hyderabad.

City’s Connectivity with the Rest of India

Apart from the advantages stated above, Telangana state’s capital is located in the northern part of south India. The newest and the 29th state of India borders Maharashtra and Chhattisgarh on its northern sides, Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka on the eastern and western sides, respectively. Its premier city is only a ten-hour drive away from Bengaluru, Pune and Chennai. Mumbai is also not too far away. Among the metros, only NCR-Delhi and Kolkata are quite some distance away from Hyderabad.

Hyderabad, owing to Secunderabad station, is one of the more significant junctions for Indian railways. Many trains originating from Bengaluru headed northward pass through Hyderabad. It also connects Bhubaneswar and Cuttack, besides the entire Andhra Pradesh coastal region with Mumbai and Pune.

Moreover, NH 44, one of the longest National Highways in India, which connects Srinagar to Kanyakumari, passes through Hyderabad. Meanwhile, NH 65, another important National Highway, connects the eastern port town of Machilipatnam in Andhra Pradesh to Pune and subsequently to Mumbai on the west coast.

Other Reasons to Choose Hyderabad

This historical city that is around 430 years old has temperate weather. Except for April and May, which are intolerable in any major Indian city, barring maybe Bengaluru, Hyderabad boasts of a pleasant climate that is conducive to a healthy lifestyle.  Pollution levels are also only marginally high, which have become the norm for any large city in a developing country. Public transportation in Hyderabad has become one of the best in India after Metro rail was introduced here. Bus connectivity is also better than that of Bengaluru and Delhi.  This historical city that is around 430 years old has temperate weather.
